Shannon
Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator
Shannon has been with us since 2023 and handles all areas of customer service. She is the friendly voice that you hear most often when you call. In addition, she is our main coordinator with shipping carriers, plus Shannon facilitates shipping claims to carriers when there is damage or a lost package. She is also a valuable part of our web maintenance and marketing team, and our go-to grammar queen.
Michelle
Business Administrator
Michelle joined us in 2024 and brought with her many talents in customer service, sales, and marketing, all of which she utilizes here. She has the challenging task of researching and implementing much of the software and hardware required in the ever-changing technical world. As part of our web maintenance and marketing team, she works to keep our website and social media fresh and relevant. And about the only thing that Michelle loves more than creating well-organized notes is hearing of a happy customer after an interaction with her.
Karen
Credit Manager
Karen has been with us since 2003, and wears many hats. She oversees all customer accounts and receivables and, of course, helps with all aspects of customer service. Thankfully she is also a talented graphic designer and creates all of our technical drawings. And she has a really great laugh if you tell her a joke.
Kathy
Office Manager
Kathy has been with us since 1990. She calculates all moulding costs and creates the catalog, oversees customer service, and manages the sales staff. If she answers the phone, you know either the phone lines are really active, the rest of the staff are at lunch, or she stepped away from the numbers for a bit to make a human connection with our fabulous customers.
James
Owner | Chief Executive Officer
James is third generation in this family business and has been tooling around Picture Woods since before he could form coherent sentences. In his role as CEO, he oversees all areas of operations and dreams up new products and services. He has become quite skilled with coherent sentences and, in fact, he is often the mastermind behind our whimsical, witty, and illuminating social media posts.
Mark
Owner | President
Mark is President and chief designer of our mouldings, and one of the original founders of Picture Woods, along with his parents, Jack and Betty. He is our resident Wood Nerd, with a great wealth of technical knowledge and experience. And if you catch him at the right moment, he will sing all of the words to Monty Python’s Galaxy Song.
